Water Logic Works specialise in Legionella risk assessments. The web system we built enables a visitor to get a quote and book a risk assessment using a dynamic quoting tool. Quotes once accepted are then managed in the system and assigned to a consultant as required.
Before working with us, the process for carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments was manual and time consuming with notes taken on site and administrators then typing up these notes into a database and manually adding to a PDF document. Not only was this time consuming but there was a far higher opportunity for human error to occur.
As part of the web system, consultants can fill in a risk assessment on the go adding scores, pictures and descriptions as required. They can then push a button to generate a formatted PDF document to send to their customer. This saves and enormous amount of time and creates a far more efficient process.
