The Falco portal started out as a tool to manage an ever-growing team alongside hugely complex and previously-manual timesheet generation and incident management processes. This was used operationally from early on in the project, and subsequent modules have been rolled out in a process of continuous development, including fuel transaction tracking, damage to hire vehicles, internal messaging and training assessments.
All data and information is recorded against individual team members. This gives enormous flexibility for Falco in terms of being able to drill down into data and information in as granular way as they need. There are also a large number of reports the Falco team can access as and when they need.

The platform has been a huge success, revolutionising the way Falco run their operations. Team members add much of the data and information through an app on the go, saving vast administrative time and cost in the process and importantly removing much of the human error that can come with entering data multiple times.
The portal is also built to scale with new features and functionality being added on a regular basis to support the continued growth of the business.
