The Guardian Service required a custom survey developed that would enable them to collect feedback from their clients. The previous feedback survey solution was not web based and therefore not as accessible as it needed to be.
We built a bespoke web based survey platform that is accessible for The Guardian Service to issue surveys, participants to complete the survey and for The Guardian Service to see results online. The platform collects responses and delivers a range of custom reports. This gives The Guardian Service all the data and information they need and saves a great deal of administrative time.

We also developed the front-end website for The Guardian Service which continues to evolve and be added to. The previous website was built on a platform that was difficult to update and evolve so by moving onto our bespoke CMS, The Guardian Service has all the flexibility they need to manage and update website content and we can refresh the look and feel as required.
