Studio44 Heading Into Autumn
Who am I?
So, who am I? Well, my name’s Emily and I’m working as Studio44’s new Digital Marketing Manager, I’ll be looking after all things SEO and PPC, as well as being the mastermind behind the majority of the Studio44 social media!
Why Marketing?
After completing some work experience during my A-Levels, I saw how diverse the marketing industry could be, it had elements of creativity, it was people facing and no matter what business you are, you need marketing. I loved the idea that it had so much scope to it, and that versatility drew me to study it at university, and I love the fact that I’m now putting my academic knowledge into practice!
Why Studio44?
When thinking about the type of environment and company I wanted to work in, I still wasn’t entirely sure where my passion lied. After quite a grueling application process, I wound up at team Studio44, a few bad experiences with some larger companies and some very extensive interview processes, knowing I was working on a smaller team, with bigger responsibility, was really reassuring and very exciting.
Thoughts so far
So far, I’ve really enjoyed being here, working alongside Will for a few weeks enabled a smooth transition, ensuring continuity of service for all clients and I’m excited to see what the future brings. Working at a web design and SEO agency means the range of projects I get to be a part of are extremely vast, and the versatility that comes with this is great! I’m also constantly learning, which you have to in my role, I come across something new every day.
Social Stuff
On a more social side of things, since I’ve started, Studio44 have had some significant events, with one wedding and 3 engagements, congratulations are in order for Doug on tying the knot in August, and also some further congratulations to Francois, Alex and James for all popping the question… fortunately, all of their respective other halves said yes, which means love is still very much in the Studio44 air!
We’ve also moved our offices, now situated just around the corner from the old offices, we’ve really settled into our new working environment! Watch the moving video here.
On top of this, we’ve also had another extremely successful charity golf day, a day enjoyed by all, with tremendous money raising efforts! Read more about the success here!
