If you’re a close follower of our blog and keep an eye on us on Social Media, you will no doubt know that last month we were shortlisted for two awards at the Tunbridge Wells Business Awards presented by The Times of Tunbridge Wells.
We attended the awards ceremony at Salomons on May 19th – and it certainly lived up to expectations with a fantastic do being put on that included great food, great entertainment and an excellent speaker in Edwina Currie.
One of our categories – The Creative Business of the Year was the first to be announced. The tension certainly was building up as the 3 shortlisted businesses were broadcast… we were now really starting to feel our hearts racing and palms sweating so you can imagine how delighted we were when our name was announced and we had won!
It’s a huge honour to win the award, especially against such strong opposition with 2 other excellent shortlisted businesses and over 200 businesses entering for various awards and we’re very proud to see the hard work we have put in as a team paying off.
Huge thanks to The Times of Tunbridge Wells for organising such a great event, and we thoroughly enjoyed sharing the success and celebrating with fellow BNI colleagues from The Beyond Travel Company, Chosen with Care, Sharp Minds and Synergee who were sat on our table!
