Background

TN Recruits are an established, growing recruitment agency based in the centre of Tunbridge Wells, focused on providing a service to clients and candidates in the TN postcode. They have years of experience and have enjoyed strong and consistent growth, including winning multiple award nominations.

Their web presence was letting them down and was doing little to enhance their growing brand and reputation. As such, a new website was needed that would better convey the quality, personal service that both clients and candidates receive. Key objectives for the new website included:

Attracting more client enquiries and candidate applications through the website.
To build a visually stronger web presence.
To improve website content to better convey the personal approach of TN Recruits.
For the website to provide a better point of reference for referred clients and candidates.

Website Development

We designed a modern, visual website with the idea being to focus on team shots throughout the site so website visitors can get a feel for the type of people TN Recruits are. Photography throughout the website was therefore equally important, and we worked with Photographer Matt Harquail who put together a combination of team and office shots, giving a strong bank of brand images to use. Other key areas of functionality included:

Job vacancies throughout the website, with the ability for website visitors to easily apply for the job and upload their CV. These can be easily amended and updated by TN Recruits.
Team page with team profiles – again important in getting personality across.
The whole website was carefully thought about, and optimised for mobile to ensure a great user experience no matter what device a visitor views the website on.

Digital Marketing

Part of the brief was to increase the profile and brand awareness of TN Recruits, as well as driving traffic, enquiries and CV submissions through the site. To achieve this, search engine performance was key so we did the following to optimise the website for search engines:

We started by researching keywords, and finding niche keywords to target.
When it comes to search engine performance, content is key so we ensured the website content was optimised throughout for chosen relevant keywords.
There are also a number of important technical optimisations on the website, which we carried out.

With the website launched, we’re now continuing to refine the digital marketing strategy with the goal of continuous improvement in search engines.

The Outcome

We’re very happy with the end result, not only does the TN Recruits website look great and enhance the brand, it also performs well in search engines and has already generated quantifiable results with more and more enquiries coming through the website.
